Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo who is from the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is an actor from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter who was an academic, and Peter Silk, who was a well-known actor, director, producer, writer, teacher, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her first experiences when she was at rehearsals for play with her mother. Silk was a small girl in commercials. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Arts from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at least two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999 in order to pursue her acting. Then she moved into Los Angeles California during the subsequent decade. Seth Cooperman met Silk at the Actors Workshop in Los Angeles, in 2007. They were engaged in 2009, and were married in a civil ceremony in December of that year. They renewed their vows April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton, after the woman changed her religion to Judaism. Silk had a child named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. Levi Aaron, her second son was born on the 13th of May, 2016. Silk is well-known for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was awarded a nomination by her fellow actors for Gemini Awards. The Canadian drama Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character from the succubus. Silk made it known to her fans that she was pregnant in January 2013 at a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk announced on Twitter on the 20th of June, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed that production had begun for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season. Silk's portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as same-sex lovers on Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite TV Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) and declared Top TV Couple in 2013. The same was done by E! Entertainment Television. Because of the show's popularity, Silk has earned a significant presence on social media.
